• Installation of cameras outside of the house.

• Installation of noise detector inside and outside of the house.

• Pre-screening of all guests to see if they qualify to stay.

• Keep good relationships with neighbors.

• Strict house rules.

• Anyone who does not follow the house rules will be evicted immediately.
